Beauty and The Beast

Beauty and The Beast at Tivoli Theatre - Chattanooga

You might walk in expecting to know what’s next, but seeing Beauty and The Beast live at Tivoli Theatre in Chattanooga is a little like reading a favorite story with someone for the first time. The castle isn’t just a drawing; it’s a room full of music, and you’re watching Belle pick up her book and start down a hallway that might actually take her somewhere new, right in front of you.

The first time anybody goes to the theatre, there’s usually a point when a line or a song feels strangely real. something you thought you already knew gets a different kind of life. Watching these characters change onstage does that. The Beast’s temper, Belle’s stubbornness, and even the castle’s playful household all shift right before your eyes. Kids notice different details than grownups, but everyone catches the moment when the story turns.

Sharing the original Disney musical as it was meant to be seen, with that sweeping score filling the Tivoli’s gold trim, is the kind of outing that feels like it ought to be remembered. You find yourselves humming in the lobby, comparing favorite moments, and retelling your own version of what happened before the lights went down.
