Randy Feltface

Randy Feltface at Robert Kirk Walker Theatre

Picture this: you’re sitting in a theater in Chattanooga, and a sharply dressed purple puppet has just walked on stage and started sizing up the crowd. You know Randy Feltface isn’t just a kids’ puppet. he’s the fast-talking, slightly neurotic stand-up you never saw coming. That first time you see his felt eyebrows arch at a perfect punchline? Suddenly, you realize puppetry and comedy have more in common than you thought.

Randy’s comic genius isn’t just in the jokes, but in the details. The way a felt arm can deliver a sarcastic shrug, how a pause can say as much as a punchline, and how you start to respond like he’s just another sarcastic friend. Even the smallest movement from Randy sets up his next twist, and if you blink, you’ll miss those subtle moments that make live stand-up electric.

Bring along someone who enjoys their comedy mixed with clever surprises and sharp character work. Part of the fun is watching a grown-up audience forget he’s a puppet and start nodding along like he’s the most reasonable person in the room. It’s equal parts laughter and a little disbelief at just how much a bit of felt can get away with saying.

Let’s be honest. the only way to fully appreciate the wit and physical comedy of Randy Feltface is in person at Walker Theatre. Find ticket options and give yourself a reason to laugh about it all the way home.
