Waitress

Waitress at Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Auditorium

Picture it: you, your best friend, and a night that smells like pie. That’s the plan for Waitress at Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Auditorium in Chattanooga. Maybe you’ve got a group text where everyone’s overdue for something more memorable than just chatting about what’s for dinner.

Waitress isn’t just songs and a pretty set. it’s a big-hearted Broadway story set inside a pie shop, where Jenna finds hope with sugar, flour, and the kind of friends you meet behind a counter. The music, written by Sara Bareilles, is sharp, funny, and heartbreakingly true. This is the one that makes you laugh at one joke and wipe your eyes at the next.

This is a story about fresh starts and friendship, and it’s best enjoyed with someone who roots for underdogs and knows the right moment to ask, ‘Want to split dessert?’ Seeing it onstage is a chance to live inside a musical for the night. hear the harmonies, follow the little dramas between coworkers, and nudge your friend when you recognize a bit of Jenna’s story in your own.

So tell the group it’s settled: On February 20, Chattanooga is for pie, Broadway ballads, and the kind of memory that only comes from seeing a show together at Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Auditorium. Find ticket options for Waitress and make this night your next sweet plan.
