Waitress

Waitress at Tivoli Theatre - Chattanooga

You step into the theater and the world gets a little warmer, a little sweeter, and suddenly you’re at the counter of an American diner where something life-changing might be waiting in the oven. Waitress isn’t just a musical. it’s a recipe for hope, friendship, and the world’s best pies, served fresh on stage right inside Tivoli Theatre. Join the people who come together for one evening to root for Jenna in Chattanooga, where you can forget everything outside for two blissful acts.

There’s something about watching Jenna and her friends take on life’s messes and mix-ups, all to the soundtrack of Sara Bareilles’ stirring, bittersweet songs. The laughs ring true, the music gets stuck in your head for days, and yes, the smell of theater makes even the smallest victories feel earned.

Bringing a friend? They might see themselves in the characters sidling into the diner booth, catching up over pie, and secretly rooting for something better. It’s the magic of live theatre: you’re in the room with everyone feeling the same squeeze of emotion when Jenna quietly decides to start over.

Give yourself an evening that’s all about possibility and music. no kitchen clean-up required. Head to Tivoli Theatre for Waitress and come away with a little more to sing about. Check ticket options for Waitress and make a plan to go together.
